Common questions

Can I buy Clarity today?: Clarity is in early access. Request access and we will contact you about a pilot. Where online checkout is switched on, payment is handled by Stripe and we only confirm a subscription after Stripe does.
Who pays — the vendor or the facility?: Either one, but only one per room. A service vendor can include Clarity in its service agreement, or a facility can subscribe directly. The report is the same either way.
What counts as a site?: One water room (one treatment system) with one QR sticker. A campus with three water rooms has three sites.
What happens to the history if we change vendors?: The record belongs to the site. A new vendor can be given access and the earlier visits remain.
Does Clarity replace our work-order system?: No. Keep your tickets, portal, and invoicing. Clarity is the shared visit record that lives on the water room.
Are text notifications included?: Arrival and report texts go only to facility contacts who have opted in, and only where text delivery is switched on. On the demo site no texts are sent — each one is logged in the site file.
