Early access

Clarity High Purity Software is in early access. This notice describes what the service collects today. We will update it, and the date above, when that changes.

Early-access requests

When you submit the contact form we store your name, work email, organization, role, number of water rooms, optional phone number and note on our server. If email notification is switched on, a copy is emailed to hello@clarityhpd.com. We use it only to reply and to talk with you about Clarity.

Site records

For each water room on Clarity we store the site name and address, the facility and vendor contacts you give us (names, phone numbers, email), visit reports (arrival and departure times, the technician’s name, readings, parts, notes and signature), the system inventory, and a log of notifications. Anyone with a site’s PIN can read that site’s reports; the PIN, not the sticker alone, unlocks it.

Text messages

Arrival and report texts are sent only to a facility number whose owner has agreed to receive them, and only where text delivery is switched on. When sent, the number and message go to our SMS provider (Twilio). Reply STOP to opt out, or ask us to turn texts off for your site.

Operator accounts and payments

Vendor console users sign in with an email and password or a Google or X account; we store the email, name and a session cookie. If you subscribe online, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep the plan, status and the email Stripe returns.

The demo site

The demo sticker (HP-1008) is a shared sample site. Anything typed into it can be seen by other visitors and is reset from time to time, so please don’t enter real personal information there.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies only to keep operators signed in, and browser session storage to remember an unlocked site PIN for a few hours. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a hosting and database provider, and, when switched on, Resend (email), Twilio (text messages) and Stripe (payments). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and your requests

We keep site records for as long as the site is on Clarity so the history survives staff and vendor changes, and early-access requests until you ask us to remove them. To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email hello@clarityhpd.com.
